High-Performance EPS Foam Cement Coating Machine for Polystyrene Profiles

Used primarily for applying cement-based coatings to EPS foam cornices to achieve decorative finishes, the EPS Coating Machine (Cement Coating System) includes a cement mortar mixer, a conveyor belt, and primary coating machinery. Operators first secure mesh cloth onto shaped EPS pieces before using the system to apply the cement layer.

This system boasts a rational design and high automation, cutting manpower by 1–2 workers compared to standard equipment, thereby lowering production costs and boosting output efficiency. Arranged in a T-shaped configuration, the system is compact and integrates an automated wet powder mixer that feeds emulsion and water into the mixing tank based on predefined weight ratios. Once mixed for a set time, the slurry is automatically released from the tank into a storage barrel. After additional mixing, an operator-operated valve dispenses the mixture onto the conveyor, which carries it to the grouting machine for EPS coating.
